Erin Tripodi
FOUNDER + DESIGNER
As both a former-lawyer and a formally trained oil painter, Erin pairs an attorney’s thoughtful attention to detail with an artist’s ability to balance composition, color, and texture. Erin loves to create a unique reflection of each client’s style and lifestyle by marrying the whimsical and unexpected with every day function. Raised on DIY by a mother who owned a construction company, Erin enjoys shepherding her clients through the hard(ware) stuff as well.
Since opening the doors of Erin Tripodi Design in 2021, the company has grown from a dream to a full-service interior design firm serving clients in Washington, DC and the surrounding areas. Erin has been featured in Southern Living and Northern Virginia Magazine.
Erin resides in Arlington, VA with her husband Matt, and her two children.
Katie Reed
PROJECT + CLIENT MANAGER
Katie’s background in communications and hospitality, combined with her keen design eye and dedication to client service, make her a valuable asset. Her unique style complements Erin’s, bringing a fresh perspective to their collaborations. She enjoys mixing patterns and sourcing unique materials to ensure a bespoke and layered-look for each project.
Katie lives in Arlington, VA with her husband, Brian, and their two young children.
kaitlyn gustafson
Procurement Manager
Kaitlyn manages the logistics, procurement and coordination of ETD's projects. After working with an Architectural Digest featured interior design studio, Kaitlyn started her own procurement business providing logistical support for interior design firms on a contract basis. Kaitlyn is based in the Twin Cities with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, she finds joy in reading, trying new baking recipes and watching comedies.
